Lisa's favourite teacher was Mr Sykes.  He was from England and taught her English in Grade 6 at Salisbury Primary School.  She believes that he was instrumental in her development, particularly in the areas of English, writing and Art.    

Lisa explains how as a child she loved to draw.  Her family owned a market garden in South Australia and she drew on the paper that lined the tomato boxes before they went to marked.  As an adult she developed her passion for drawing into an artistic talent.  She also loves...

Lisa spent her early years in Italy.  She was one of 10 children and they shared everything, including the clothes they wore.  She tells an amusing story of the day she and one of her sisters went to pick broccoli from the family vege patch.
